Owensboro Catholic Aces (Owensboro, KY) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Green County Dragons (Greensburg, KY), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Owensboro Catholic improves its record to 11-3 on the season. The Aces host Daviess County (Owensboro, KY) to face the Panthers in a District 9 test on Tuesday, September 24. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 4-12.

The Dragons now own a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Larue County for a District 18 test on Monday, September 23. Green County will face a Hawks squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Barren County (Glasgow, KY). The Hawks record now stands at 19-9.
