The Sioux Valley Cossacks volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Iroquois/Lake Preston to 0 in the Cossacks non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cossacks now have a 12-1 record. They play next when they travel to DeSmet for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 21. Sioux Valley will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Elkton/Lake Benton (Elkton, SD). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-7.

With the loss, Iroquois/Lake Preston drops to 1-8 on the campaign. The travel to Hitchcock-Tulare (Tulare, SD) to play the Patriots in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 24.
