Sylacauga Aggies (Sylacauga, AL) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Muscle Shoals Trojans (Muscle Shoals, AL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Sylacauga improves its record to 5-11 on the season. The Aggies travel to Shelby County (Columbiana, AL) to encounter the Wildcats in a 5A Area 8 test on Monday, September 23. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 4-5. Shelby County lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Briarwood Christian (Birmingham, AL)

The Trojans now own a 8-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Athens for a 6A Area 15 test on Tuesday, September 24. Muscle Shoals will encounter a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Huntsville (Huntsville, AL). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 16-10.
