Shady Spring Tigers (Shady Spring, WV) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host PikeView Panthers (Princeton, WV), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Shady Spring moves its record to 19-11 on the year. The Tigers travel to Parkersburg (Parkersburg, WV) to battle the Big Reds in a non-league contest on Saturday, September 21. The Big Reds enter the contest with a record of 6-12. Parkersburg won 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Parkersburg South (Parkersburg, WV)

Next, the Panthers battle the Greenbrier West Cavaliers (Charmco, WV) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 24. PikeView will attempt to move on its 0-8 season record. The Cavaliers enter the bout with a 11-8 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Wyoming East (New Richmond, WV).
