The Purvis Tornadoes volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Sacred Heart Crusaders to 0 in the Tornadoes non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Tornadoes now possess a 20-9 record. They play next when they host West Marion for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 24. Purvis will play a Trojans team coming off a 3-0 league win over Perry Central (New Augusta, MS). The Trojans record now stands at 17-5.
