In Saturday's league challenge, the host Sheldon Orabs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Sioux City West Wolverines.

The Orabs (8-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley (Rock Valley, IA). The NIGHTHAWKS come into the non-league challenge with a 4-6 record. In their last challenge, Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley was beaten by Akron-Westfield (Akron, IA), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Wolverines meet the Cherokee Washington Braves (Cherokee, IA) in a challenge, on Saturday, September 21. Sioux City West will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Braves come into the challenge with a 9-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Estherville Lincoln Central (Estherville, IA).
