Kansas High School Volleyball - Spearville over Wichita County

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Spearville Lancers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Wichita County Indians.

The Lancers (15-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Greeley County (Tribune, KS). The Jackrabbits come into the non-league challenge with a 10-3 record. In their last challenge, Greeley County lost by St. Francis (St. Francis, KS), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Indians play the Southwestern Heights Mustangs (Kismet, KS) in a Hi-Plains challenge, on Tuesday, September 24. Wichita County will attempt to upgrade on its 10-6 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 5-9 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Bucklin (Bucklin, KS).
