North Carolina High School Football - Forbush nips West Wilkes

In Thursday's non-league match, the host Forbush Falcons football squad scored a close 20-16 victory over the West Wilkes Blackhawks.

In their next game, the Falcons clash with the North Surry Greyhounds (Mount Airy, NC) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 29. Forbush will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Greyhounds enter the match with a 4-1 record after their 28-14 non-league win over East Surry (Pilot Mountain, NC).
