The Spruce Creek Hawks football squad scored 29 points and restricted the visiting New Smyrna Beach Barracudas to 26 in the Hawks league victory on Thursday.
The Hawks now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pine Ridge for a non-league battle on Thursday, October 6.
