In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Fort Collins Lambkins volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Monarch Coyotes.
The Lambkins (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Fairview (Boulder, CO). The Knights come into the non-league battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, Fairview was edged by Fossil Ridge (Fort Collins, CO), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Coyotes clash with the Horizon Hawks (Thornton, CO) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 29. Monarch will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
