The La Cueva Bears volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Sandia Prep Sundevils to 0 in the Bears non-league victory on Thursday.
The Bears now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Volcano Vista for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 27.
The Sundevils (2-6) will now prepare for their game against Manzano (Albuquerque, NM). The Monarchs enter the non-league game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Manzano defeated Highland (Albuquerque, NM), 3-0, in a non-league game.
