Garnet Valley Jaguars (Glen Mills, PA) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Upper Darby Royals (Drexel Hill, PA), 2-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Jaguars face the Owen J. Roberts Wildcats (Pottstown, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 27. Garnet Valley will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 2-1 league loss to Boyertown (Boyertown, PA).

The Royals now have a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ridley for a Central challenge on Monday, October 3.
