In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Callaway Cavaliers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the First Presbyterian Day Vikings.
The Cavaliers (8-9) will now prepare for their battle against Spencer (Columbus, GA). The Greenwave come into the 2A Area 2 battle with a 11-3 record. In their last battle, Spencer achieved victory over Chattahoochee County (Cusseta, GA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Vikings encounter the Lamar County Trojans (Barnesville, GA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 22. First Presbyterian Day will attempt to advance on its 2-23 season record. The Trojans come into the battle with a 10-13 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Tattnall Square Academy (Macon, GA).
