The Mount Vernon Christian Hurricanes topped the host Concrete Lions volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.
The Hurricanes now have a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Friday Harbor for a 1B/2B Northwest test on Tuesday, September 27. Mount Vernon Christian will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Granite Falls (Granite Falls, WA). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-3.
The Lions (1-5) will now prepare for their test against LaConner (LaConner, WA). The Braves enter the 1B/2B Northwest test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, LaConner beat Friday Harbor (Friday Harbor, WA), 3-0, in a league contest.
