The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Hill-Murray Pioneers (Maplewood, MN) and the visiting South St. Paul Packers (South St. Paul, MN), saw Hill-Murray's volleyball squad beat South St. Paul by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Hill-Murray upgrades its record to 4-5 on the year. The Pioneers host Tartan (Oakdale, MN) to play the Titans in a Metro East bout on Tuesday, September 27. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 4-4.
The Packers now own a 3-9 record. They play next when they host Harding for a non-league bout on Monday, September 26. South St. Paul will play a Knights squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Johnson (St. Paul, MN). The Knights record now stands at 1-4.
