The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the The Meadows School Mustangs (Las Vegas, NV) and the host Laughlin Cougars (Laughlin, NV), saw The Meadows School's volleyball squad beat Laughlin by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, The Meadows School upgrades its record to 7-4 on the year. The Mustangs host Amplus Academy (Las Vegas, NV) to play the Archers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 28. The Archers go into the bout with a record of 4-6.
The Cougars now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they host Democracy Prep Agassi Campus for a 2A South bout on Friday, September 30. Laughlin will play a Blue Knights squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Lake Mead Academy (Henderson, NV). The Blue Knights record now stands at 0-2.
