School Without Walls Penguins (Washington, DC) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host McKinley Tech Trainers (Washington, DC), 2-0 in a league match.
Next up, the Penguins clash with the Model Secondary School for the Deaf Eagles (Washington, DC) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 24. School Without Walls will attempt to advance on its 6-1 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 6-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Barrie (Silver Spring, MD).
With the loss, McKinley Tech drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Trainers host Bell (Washington, DC) to clash with the Griffins in a DCIAA match on Thursday, October 27. The Griffins come into the match with a record of 4-1.
