The Providence-St. Mel Knights volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Our Lady of Tepeyac Tigers to 0 in the Knights league victory on Thursday.

The Knights now possess a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northtown for a Chicago Prep game on Tuesday, September 27. Providence-St. Mel will meet a Pumas team coming off a 2-0 league win over Josephinum (Chicago, IL). The Pumas record now stands at 5-5.

The Tigers (2-7) will now prepare for their game against Christ the King (Chicago, IL). The Gladiators enter the Chicago Prep game with a 8-7 record. In their last game, Christ the King defeated Chicago Hope Academy (Chicago, IL), 2-1, in a league game.
