The University Trojans topped the visiting Portola Bulldogs volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Trojans now have a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sage Hill for a test on Tuesday, September 27. University will confront a Lightning team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Costa Mesa (Costa Mesa, CA). The Lightning record now stands at 8-4.

The Bulldogs (6-10) will now prepare for their test against Woodbridge (Irvine, CA). The Warriors enter the Pacific Coast test with a 6-16 record. In their last test, Woodbridge was knocked off by Beckman (Irvine, CA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
