Texas High School Football - Muleshoe smashes Abernathy

The Muleshoe Mules (Muleshoe, TX) football routed the host Abernathy Antelopes (Abernathy, TX), 47-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Mules clash with the Brownfield Cubs (Brownfield, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 29. Muleshoe will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Cubs enter the bout with a 3-2 record after their 49-13 non-league loss to Littlefield (Littlefield, TX).

The Antelopes (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against Idalou (Idalou, TX). The Wildcats enter the 3A-2 Region I District 4 bout with a 1-4 record. In their last bout, Idalou was crushed by Shallowater (Shallowater, TX), 36-15, in a non-league bout.
