Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team nudge the host A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC), 24-21 in a league test.

With the win, Lake Norman improves its record to 5-0 on the season. The Wildcats host West Cabarrus (Concord, NC) to confront the Wolverines in a 4A Greater Metro test on Friday, September 29. The Wolverines go into the test with a record of 1-5. West Cabarrus lost 21-20 in their recent league test against Cox Mill (Concord, NC)

With the loss, A.L. Brown moves to 2-3 on the season. The Wonders travel to Cox Mill (Concord, NC) to confront the Chargers in a 4A Greater Metro test on Friday, September 29. The Chargers go into the test with a record of 2-4. Cox Mill won 21-20 in their recent league test against West Cabarrus (Concord, NC)
