North Carolina High School Football - Apex Friendship sneaks past Holly Springs

The Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC) football edged the visiting Holly Springs Golden Hawks (Holly Springs, NC), 26-21 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Patriots face the Panther Creek Catamounts (Cary, NC) in a 4A Southeast Wake bout, on Friday, September 29. Apex Friendship will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record. The Catamounts enter the bout with a 1-4 record after their 27-20 league win over Green Hope (Cary, NC).

The Golden Hawks (4-1) will now prepare for their bout against Cary (Cary, NC). The Imps enter the 4A Southeast Wake bout with a 0-5 record. In their last bout, Cary was nudged by Apex (Apex, NC), 10-7, in a league bout.
