Michigan High School Football - Ashley held off by North Huron

September 22, 2023: Ashley, MI 48806

In Friday's league game, the North Huron Warriors (Kinde, MI) football team tipped the host Ashley Bears (Ashley, MI), by a score of 26-20.

The Warriors (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Peck (Peck, MI). The Pirates come into the North Central Thumb - Stripes (8 Man) game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, Peck was tipped by All Saints Central (Bay City, MI), 74-8, in a league game.

The Bears now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Akron-Fairgrove for a North Central Thumb - Stripes (8 Man) game on Friday, September 29. Ashley will battle a Vikings team coming off a 46-40 league win over Caseville (Caseville, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 4-1.
