In Friday's league game, the Callaway Cavaliers (Hogansville, GA) football team were victorious over the host Redan Raiders (Stone Mountain, GA), by a score of 41-17.
The Cavaliers (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Columbia (Decatur, GA). The Eagles come into the AA Region 5 game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Columbia knocked off McNair (Atlanta, GA), 31-6, in a league game.
The Raiders now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Towers for a AA Region 5 game on Friday, September 29. Redan will meet a Titans team coming off a 27-0 non-league loss to Therrell (Atlanta, GA). The Titans record now stands at 0-4.
