In Friday's non-league match, the host North Point Eagles football squad scored a big 47-0 victory over the Chopticon Braves.
In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Calvert Cavaliers (Prince Frederick, MD) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 29. North Point will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Cavaliers enter the match with a 4-0 record after their 36-7 league win over Westlake (Waldorf, MD).
The Braves (1-5) will now prepare for their match against Patuxent (Lusby, MD). The Panthers enter the Southern Maryland - Potomac match with a 4-0 record. In their last match, Patuxent routed McDonough (Pomfret, MD), 2-0, in a league match.
