The Lindsay Knights football team (Lindsay, TX), was ripped 63-21 in Friday's league challenge with the host Collinsville Pirates (Collinsville, TX)

The Pirates (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Celeste (Celeste, TX). The Blue Devils come into the 2A-2 Region II District 8 challenge with a 4-1 record.

The Knights now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Celeste for a 2A-2 Region II District 8 challenge on Friday, September 29. Lindsay will meet a Blue Devils team coming off a 49-2 league win over Chico (Chico, TX). The Blue Devils record now stands at 4-1.
