The Dickinson Midgets football team (Dickinson, ND), was beaten 27-7 in Friday's league challenge with the host Devils Lake Firebirds (Devils Lake, ND)

The Firebirds (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Turtle Mountain (Belcourt, ND). The Braves come into the A challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Turtle Mountain was beaten by Watford City (Watford City, ND), 43-0, in a league challenge.

The Midgets now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Jamestown for a A challenge on Friday, September 29. Dickinson will meet a Bluejays team coming off a 47-6 league win over Wahpeton (Wahpeton, ND). The Bluejays record now stands at 4-1.
