The Kent Island Buccaneers (Stevensville, MD) football routed the visiting Easton Warriors (Easton, MD), 35-0 in Friday's league bout.
In their next game, the Buccaneers face the Wicomico Indians (Salisbury, MD) in a Bayside 3A/2A bout, on Thursday, September 28. Kent Island will attempt to advance on its 4-0 season record. The Indians enter the bout with a 1-3 record after their 14-7 league loss to North Caroline (Ridgely, MD).
The Warriors (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Decatur (Berlin, MD). The Seahawks come into the Bayside 3A/2A test with a 4-0 record. In their last test, Decatur triumphed over Snow Hill (Snow Hill, MD), 39-0, in a non-league test.
