September 22, 2023: El Reno, OK 73036

The Elgin Owls football squad scored 54 points and restricted the host El Reno Indians to 21 in the Owls league victory on Friday.

The Owls now possess a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ardmore for a 5A District 1 battle on Friday, September 29. Elgin will play a Tigers squad coming off a 28-27 league loss to Noble (Noble, OK). The Tigers record now stands at 0-4.

Coming up next, the Indians play the Noble Bears (Noble, OK) in a 5A District 1 battle, on Friday, September 29. El Reno will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Bears enter the battle with a 1-3 record after their 28-27 league win over Ardmore (Ardmore, OK).
