North Carolina High School Football - Panther Creek nips Green Hope

September 22, 2023: Cary, NC 27519

In Friday's league match, the visiting Panther Creek Catamounts football squad scored a close 27-20 victory over the Green Hope Falcons.

In their next game, the Catamounts clash with the Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC) in a 4A Southeast Wake match, on Friday, September 29. Panther Creek will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Patriots enter the match with a 4-1 record after their 26-21 league win over Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC).

The Falcons (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Middle Creek (Apex, NC). The Mustangs enter the 4A Southeast Wake test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Middle Creek got by Green Level (Cary, NC), 28-14, in a league test.
