North Carolina High School Football - Green Level drops to Middle Creek

September 22, 2023: Cary, NC 27519

In Friday's league game, the Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC) football team knocked off the host Green Level Gators (Cary, NC), by a score of 28-14.

The Mustangs (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Green Hope (Cary, NC). The Falcons come into the 4A Southeast Wake game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, Green Hope was dropped by Panther Creek (Cary, NC), 27-20, in a league game.

The Gators now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Apex for a 4A Southeast Wake game on Friday, September 29. Green Level will battle a Cougars team coming off a 10-7 league win over Cary (Cary, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 4-1.

Middle Creek

Congratulations to #11 Brandon Ihle (overall), #2 Braylon Stewart (offensive), #9 Colton Black (defensive) and #15 Cole Hoskins (special teams) for being selected the Middle Creek Football Players of the Game.
