    Grimsley Whirlies (Greensboro, NC) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the host Northwest Guilford Vikings (Greensboro, NC), 48-14 in a league test.

    With the triumph, Grimsley improves its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Whirlies host Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC) to confront the Hornets in a Metro 4A test on Friday, September 29. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 1-4. Western Guilford lost 52-7 in their recent league test against Southwest Guilford (High Point, NC)

    With the loss, Northwest Guilford drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Page (Greensboro, NC) to confront the Pirates in a Metro 4A test on Friday, September 29. The Pirates come into the test with a record of 2-3. Page won 6-0 in their recent league test against Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC)
