In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Groton Tigers football squad scored a good 35-12 victory over the Sisseton Redmen.
In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Webster Bearcats (Webster, SD) in a Northeast match, on Friday, September 29. Groton will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record. The Bearcats enter the match with a 3-3 record after their 47-6 league win over Redfield (Redfield, SD).
The Redmen (1-5) will now prepare for their match against Milbank (Milbank, SD). The Bulldogs enter the Dakota 12 match with a 2-3 record.
