In Friday's league match, the visiting Helena Huskies football squad scored a good 35-14 victory over the Pelham Panthers.

In their next game, the Huskies clash with the Jackson-Olin Mustangs (Birmingham, AL) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 29. Helena will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Mustangs enter the match with a 0-5 record after their 49-0 league loss to Mountain Brook (Birmingham, AL).
