North Carolina High School Football - Mooresville nips Hickory Ridge

September 22, 2023: Harrisburg, NC 28075

In Friday's league match, the visiting Mooresville Blue Devils football squad scored a close 42-35 victory over the Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls.

In their next game, the Blue Devils clash with the Providence Panthers (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 29. Mooresville will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 2-3 record after their 49-6 league loss to Butler (Matthews, NC).

The Ragin' Bulls (1-5) will now prepare for their match against South Iredell (Statesville, NC). The Vikings enter the 4A Greater Metro match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, South Iredell was nudged by West Cabarrus (Concord, NC), 23-22, in a league match.
