The Highlands Golden Rams (Natrona Heights, PA) football edged the visiting Indiana Little Indians (Indiana, PA), 28-21 in Friday's league bout.
In their next game, the Golden Rams face the Mars Fightin' Planets (Mars, PA) in a WPIAL AAAA Greater Allegheny bout, on Friday, September 29. Highlands will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record. The Fightin' Planets enter the bout with a 3-2 record after their 26-23 non-league loss to Moon Area (Moon Township, PA).
The Little Indians (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against Kiski Area (Vandergrift, PA). The Cavaliers enter the WPIAL AAAA Greater Allegheny bout with a 1-4 record. In their last bout, Kiski Area was nudged by North Catholic (Cranberry Township, PA), 28-7, in a league bout.
