The Louisa County Lions (Mineral, VA) football routed the visiting Western Albemarle Warriors (Crozet, VA), 49-14 in Friday's league bout.
In their next game, the Lions face the Monticello Mustangs (Charlottesville, VA) in a Jefferson bout, on Friday, September 29. Louisa County will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Mustangs enter the bout with a 3-1 record after their 20-7 league win over Goochland (Goochland, VA).
The Warriors (0-4) will now prepare for their bout against Orange County (Orange, VA). The Fighting Hornets enter the Jefferson bout with a 3-2 record. In their last bout, Orange County was crushed by Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA), 22-6, in a league bout.
