    • Texas High School Football - Seguin routs MacArthur

    The Seguin Matadors football squad scored 57 points and restricted the visiting MacArthur Brahmas to 0 in the Matadors league victory on Friday.

    The Matadors now possess a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Boerne-Champion for a 5A-1 Region III District 12 battle on Friday, October 6. Seguin will play a Chargers squad coming off a 40-21 league win over Hays (Buda, TX). The Chargers record now stands at 5-0.

    Coming up next, the Brahmas play the Wagner Thunderbirds (San Antonio, TX) in a 5A-1 Region III District 12 battle, on Saturday, October 7. MacArthur will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Thunderbirds enter the battle with a 3-2 record after their 42-14 league win over Lehman (Kyle, TX).
