The Piggott Mohawks football team (Piggott, AR), was ripped 42-6 in Friday's league challenge with the host Manila Lions (Manila, AR)

The Lions (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Barton (Lexa, AR). The Bears come into the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record.

The Mohawks now sport a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they host Osceola for a 3A Region 3 challenge on Friday, September 29. Piggott will meet a Seminoles team coming off a 48-20 non-league loss to Kossuth (Kossuth, MS). The Seminoles record now stands at 0-6.
