The Union County Braves football squad scored 42 points and restricted the visiting McLean County Cougars to 30 in the Braves league victory on Friday.

The Braves now possess a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Webster County for a 3A District 1 battle on Monday, September 25.
