The Ridgeway Roadrunners football team (Memphis, TN), was knocked off 20-7 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Millington Central Trojans (Millington, TN)

The Trojans (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Overton (Memphis, TN). The Wolverines come into the non-league challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Overton knocked off Brighton (Brighton, TN), 28-20, in a league challenge.

The Roadrunners now sport a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they host Craigmont for a 4A Region 8 challenge on Friday, September 29. Ridgeway will meet a Chiefs team coming off a 22-0 league win over Kirby (Memphis, TN). The Chiefs record now stands at 3-3.
