The Montgomery Red Raiders football team (Montgomery, PA), was ripped 47-6 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Wyalusing Valley Rams (Wyalusing, PA)
The Rams (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Canton (Canton, PA). The Warriors come into the Northern Tier - Large challenge with a 6-0 record. In their last challenge, Canton trounced South Williamsport (South Williamsport, PA), 27-21, in a non-league challenge.
The Red Raiders now sport a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they host Northwest Area for a Northern Tier - Small challenge on Friday, September 29. Montgomery will meet a Rangers team coming off a 54-8 non-league loss to Warrior Run (Turbotville, PA). The Rangers record now stands at 1-4.
