The Mt. Zion Bulldogs football team (Jonesboro, GA), was ripped 55-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Upson-Lee Knights (Thomaston, GA)

The Knights (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Pike County (Zebulon, GA). The Pirates come into the AAA Region 2 challenge with a 0-5 record.

The Bulldogs now sport a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they host Stockbridge for a AAAA Region 5 challenge on Friday, September 29. Mt. Zion will meet a Tigers team coming off a 41-20 league win over Hampton (Hampton, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 3-2.
