New York High School Football - Washingtonville defeats Our Lady of Lourdes

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Washingtonville Wizards football squad scored a good 16-8 victory over the Our Lady of Lourdes Warriors.

In their next game, the Wizards clash with the New Paltz Huguenots (New Paltz, NY) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 29. Washingtonville will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Huguenots enter the match with a 1-3 record after their 22-6 non-league win over Dover (Dover Plains, NY).

The Warriors (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Wallkill (Wallkill, NY). The Panthers enter the Section 9 A-2 match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Wallkill dropped by Cornwall Central (New Windsor, NY), 40-0, in a league match.
