Ravenswood Red Devils (Ravenswood, WV) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team nudge the host Sherman Tide (Seth, WV), 16-14 in a non-league test.

With the win, Ravenswood improves its record to 1-3 on the season. The Red Devils host Ritchie County (Ellenboro, WV) to confront the Rebels in a Little Kanawha test on Friday, September 29. The Rebels go into the test with a record of 1-4. Ritchie County lost 39-0 in their recent league test against Doddridge County (West Union, WV)

With the loss, Sherman moves to 2-2 on the season. The Tide host PikeView (Princeton, WV) to confront the Panthers in a non-league test on Friday, September 29. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 0-5. PikeView lost 40-12 in their recent league test against Shady Spring (Shady Spring, WV)
