Bear Creek Bears (Lakewood, CO) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting DSST: Cedar Falcons (Denver, CO), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bears face the Lakewood Tigers (Lakewood, CO) in a 5A Jefferson County challenge, on Friday, September 29. Bear Creek will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 5-2 non-league loss to Cherry Creek (Greenwood Village, CO).
The Falcons now have a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host DSST: Green Valley Ranch for a 3A/2A Confluence challenge on Monday, September 25. DSST: Cedar will face a Raptors team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Bruce Randolph (Denver, CO). The Raptors record now stands at 0-8.
