Indiana High School Volleyball - Calumet Christian over Hammond Academy of Science & Tech

In Friday's league contest, the Calumet Christian Patriots (Griffith, IN) volleyball squad were winner over the host Hammond Academy of Science & Tech Hawks (Hammond, IN), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Patriots battle the Heritage Christian Defenders (Dyer, IN) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 23. Calumet Christian will attempt to better on its 21-2 season record. The Defenders go into the contest with a 4-11 record after their 3-0 league win over Victory Christian Academy (Valparaiso, IN).

With the loss, Hammond Academy of Science & Tech moves to 0-4 on the year. The Hawks travel to Morgan Township (Valparaiso, IN) to play the Cherokees in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 3. The Cherokees go into the outing with a record of 18-9. Morgan Township won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Washington Township (Valparaiso, IN)
