Nevada High School Volleyball - Maple Mountain nudged by Faith Lutheran

The Faith Lutheran Crusaders volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Maple Mountain Golden Eagles to 1 in the Crusaders non-league victory on Friday.

The Crusaders now possess a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodrow Wilson for a non-league game on Saturday, September 23. Faith Lutheran will meet a Bruins team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Mercy (Louisville, KY). The Bruins record now stands at 14-3.

The Golden Eagles (8-4) will now prepare for their game against Mercy (Louisville, KY). The Jaguars enter the non-league game with a 12-14 record. In their last game, Mercy was nudged by Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
