The Northwest Catholic Lions volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Hartford Public Owls to 2 in the Lions non-league victory on Friday.

The Lions now have a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hall for a Central Connecticut - West game on Tuesday, September 26. Northwest Catholic will meet a Titans team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Tolland (Tolland, CT). The Titans record now stands at 2-4.

The Owls (2-5) will now prepare for their game against Bulkeley (Hartford, CT). The Bulldogs enter the Central Connecticut - North game with a 5-1 record. In their last game, Bulkeley held off University (Hartford, CT), 3-0, in a non-league game.
