The Shawnee Wolves volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Northwest Classen Knights to 1 in the Wolves non-league victory on Friday.
The Wolves now have a 9-19 record. They put it on the line next when they host Casady for a non-league game on Friday, September 22. Shawnee will meet a Cyclones team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Del City (Del City, OK). The Cyclones record now stands at 9-4.
The Knights (14-8) will now prepare for their game against Putnam City (Oklahoma City, OK). The Pirates enter the non-league game with a 9-6 record. In their last game, Putnam City was nudged by Ponca City (Ponca City, OK), 3-0, in a non-league game.
